Marine Science
Ever since I was young, Marine Science has always interested me. Now that I have taken a number of classes in the field, I understand that a career in marine science isn't just playing with dolphins all day (although that would be nice!). After taking an Introduction to Marine Science course and laboratory (MSC111 & MSC112), I was extremely intrigued with hands-on laboratory work and conservation aspects in the field.

Once I began to pursue a Marine Science minor in my junior year, I fell in love with the classes and potential careers in the field. Although Marketing was my initial major, I didn't let that limit me to explore the opportunities at the University of Miami's Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science (RSMAS). In my last year of college, I took many marine and environmental classes to immerse myself in the field and explore what truly interests me.

Immediately after my undergraduate career, I decided to continue my studies as a Masters student at University of Miami RSMAS in the MPS program. I am loving my studies on the Marine Conservation track.
